With the Fox Valley as my home, I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded with positive, loving, energetic people. Family friends, previous co-workers, fellow yogis, neighbors and certainly clients have supported me through the days. Because of these people, I am able to maintain a solid business and help others heal, relax and go forward with a little pep in their step. I truly love what I do and am excited as it continues to prosper and grow.

Personal time is spent adventuring thru life with Tyler. We enjoy hanging with our pup Oliver, camping, kayaking, gardening, reading, cooking.....the list goes on. 

Previously, I worked at Sunflower Spa, Revive and Empower. Each place provided me invaluable lessons on working with clients, creating a style of my own, running a business, friendship and emotion. I am forever grateful for their support and the lessons instilled. 

It's quite amazing- if you do what you are passionate about, if you set some goals and if you surround yourself with amazing people.

Life is GOOD.
